        Caucus 5.1 Downloads

9 May 2007
Caucus 5.1 is now available for download as both source and binary kits.  Since the precise locations of some of the library files that Caucus uses vary from system to system, we recommend building your own kits from source if at all possible.

This release is known to build properly on

  • RedHat Enterprise Linux 3, 4, and 5, and CentOS 5.
  • RedHat Fedora Core 3, 6, 7.
  • Debian (Sarge)
  • Solaris 9
  • MacOS X 10.4 ("Tiger")

Note that Caucus 5.1 requires that MySQL version 4.1, 5.0, or higher be installed, including the "developer files" libraries and header files.  MyODBC is not required.

Source Downloads

  • caucus5.106.107 (Nov 2007 tar.gz file)
  • caucus5.109.120 (Jul 2008 tar.gz file)
  • Current stable release: svn://caucus.com/caucus/branches/109.120
  • Development release: svn://caucus.com/caucus/trunk
The repository is world-readable.  Email us at info@caucus.com if you want 'commit' privileges to a branch.
